Pre-Registration

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to pre-registering for Nether Wallop (the “Game”) on Google Play. The Game is published by Widget Press, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By pre-registering for the Game on Google Play, you agree to these terms.

1. No in-game reward

Pre-registering for the Game does not come with an in-game reward. Every player gets the same Game: the download is free, Act One is free to play, and Acts Two and Three unlock with one in-app purchase, The Five Bells - unlimited.

2. The earlier reward has ended

An earlier version of these terms, last updated September 30, 2026, offered 200 Actions to players who pre-registered. The Game no longer uses Actions, so that offer has ended under section 5 of the earlier terms, and the 200 Actions will not be delivered. Pre-registering still lets you know the moment the Game is out, and Act One is free for everyone.

3. What pre-registering does

• Tap “Pre-register” on the Game’s Google Play store listing before the Game is released in your country or region. Google Play lets you know when it is available, and may offer to install it for you.
• You need a Google account and a device that is compatible with the Game and can use Google Play.
• Pre-registration is available only where Google Play offers it for the Game.

4. Changes

We may change these terms if we reasonably need to, for example because of changes to Google Play’s pre-registration program. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

5. Google

Google does not sponsor or endorse the Game or these terms. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Questions about pre-registration for the Game should go to us, not to Google.

6. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you. Your use of the Game is subject to its privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
